At Everviow, we want you to feel confident and supported when shopping for storage furniture for your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the return or exchange process simple and stress-free.

This policy follows EU consumer regulations and applies to all orders delivered within our European service regions.


1. Return Window

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

While you have a full 30-day period, we kindly recommend contacting us as soon as possible after receiving your order if you think a return or exchange might be needed. Early communication helps us provide faster assistance and ensures smoother handling.


2. Withdrawal Right (EU 14-Day Policy)

Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item—no explanation required.

To request a withdrawal or return:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason (optional, but helpful)

We will reply with return instructions.


3. Conditions for Accepting Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Packed in all original boxes and protective materials

  • Free from assembly marks or installation damage

  • Returned with all accessories, manuals, hardware, and tools

We cannot accept items that:

  • Have been assembled, installed, or used

  • Are missing parts or packaging

  • Are customized or made-to-order

  • Were marked as non-returnable or final sale

If an item does not meet these conditions, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.


4. Return Shipping Costs

For voluntary returns (non-defective items):

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Larger furniture items may require special carrier collection; we can assist and share cost details before proceeding.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:

  • Everviow covers 100% of return shipping fees.

  • You may choose a replacement, replacement parts, or a full refund.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damaged area

  • Photos of packaging

  • A short description of the issue

  • Your order number

We will provide a solution quickly, such as:

  • Replacement parts

  • A full replacement

  • Repair support

  • A refund according to our policy

Your peace of mind is important to us.


6. Refund Process

We aim to make refunds simple and transparent.

When your refund is issued

A refund is processed after the returned item arrives at our warehouse and is inspected.
You will receive a confirmation email once approved.

Refund timing

  • Everviow processes refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

  • We may issue the refund earlier if you provide a valid tracking number, as allowed by EU regulations.

How refunds are sent

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method.
Banks and card issuers typically require 5–10 business days to complete the transfer.

Bank-related notes

  • Refunds appear as a reversal of the original payment

  • If your card has expired or changed, your bank will automatically route funds to your new or linked account

  • Please contact your bank directly if you have concerns about the posting time

What is refunded

  • Product price (always)

  • Original shipping cost if:

    • the item is defective, OR

    • the entire order is returned under the 14-day withdrawal right

What is not refunded

  • Return shipping costs for voluntary returns

  • Additional delivery upgrades (express shipping, special handling)


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect items received

For voluntary exchanges (choosing another model, style, or size):

  • The customer pays return shipping

  • A price difference may apply

We will send the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Before shipment: You may cancel your order for free.

  • After shipment: The order must follow the standard return process once delivered.
