This Warranty & Care page explains your coverage, what’s included, what isn’t, and how to care for your furniture so it stays in excellent condition for years to come.


1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 Standard Warranty Period

All Everviow furniture is protected by a 2-year limited warranty starting from the delivery date.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural issues affecting safety or durability

  • Hardware problems (hinges, drawer runners, connectors) not caused by misuse

  • Material faults in solid wood or engineered components

Depending on the issue, we may provide:

  • Free replacement parts

  • Product repair

  • Full replacement of the item

  • Partial or full refund if repair or replacement isn’t possible

Our goal is always to provide a fair and smooth resolution.


2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

To maintain transparency, the following issues are not covered under the warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect assembly or installation

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper storage

  • Sunlight fading or natural color changes

  • Natural wood variations (grain texture, knots, minor color differences)

  • Damage due to extreme humidity or very dry environments

  • Accidental damage (scratches, stains, dents, spills)

  • Modified, altered, or repaired items by third parties

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a warranty-covered issue, follow these steps:

Step 2 — Evaluation

Our team will review your case within 24–48 hours.
If needed, we may request additional photos or details.

Once approved, we will arrange one of the following:

  • Replacement parts

  • Repair service

  • Full item replacement

  • Refund (if no other solutions apply)

4. Furniture Care Guidelines

Proper care helps your solid wood furniture stay strong, stable, and beautiful.

4.1 General Maintenance

  • Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth

  • Wipe up spills immediately

  • Use coasters and pads to protect surfaces

  • Avoid placing very heavy items on unsupported areas

4.2 Cleaning Instructions

  • Use mild soap mixed with warm water

  • Avoid bleach, abrasive cleaners, or harsh chemicals

  • Dry the surface thoroughly after cleaning

4.3 Environmental Conditions

Wood is sensitive to climate. For the best results:

  • Keep your space at 40–60% humidity

  • Avoid placing furniture next to radiators or heaters

  • Keep items away from direct sunlight

  • Try to avoid sudden temperature or humidity changes

4.4 Moving Furniture

  • Lift furniture instead of dragging it

  • Remove shelves or drawers before moving to reduce weight

  • Use protective padding when transporting items


5. Extended Support After Warranty

Even after the 2-year warranty ends, we’re still here to help. We offer:
